The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Zero Minimum Free Shipping shipping method offered by 8 NET Inc. (“8 NET Inc.,” “we,” or “our”). These Terms are provided as a supplement to, and must be read together with, the 8 NET Inc. Terms of Sale. By placing an order under the Zero Minimum Free Shipping program, the Customer (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY OF PRODUCTS
Only products listed under the “Zero Minimum Free Shipping” category on our website qualify for this program. Products outside this category do not qualify. Oversized, hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or special-handling products may be excluded, unless otherwise specified.
2. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE
There is no minimum purchase requirement for orders placed under the Zero Minimum Free Shipping program. Any qualifying product(s) in the designated category are eligible regardless of order value.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery time is two (2) to three (3) business days. This timeframe is provided for convenience only and shall not be deemed a guarantee. 8 NET Inc. shall not be liable for any delay caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
4. ELIGIBLE SERVICE AREAS
The Zero Minimum Free Shipping program is available only for deliveries within specific ZIP code areas. A complete list of eligible ZIP codes is maintained by 8 NET Inc. and may be updated from time to time. Customers must verify eligibility prior to placing an order.

Deliveries outside of the designated ZIP codes are not eligible for this program and may incur additional shipping charges.

8 NET Inc. reserves the right to add, remove, or modify eligible ZIP codes at its sole discretion without prior notice.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
All standard order processing and cutoff times apply to Zero Minimum Free Shipping orders. Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff will be treated as received the following business day.
6. RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products under this program. All returns must comply with the conditions set forth in Section 14 of the Terms of Sale. Unauthorized returns or items not in resaleable condition will not be accepted.
7. REPORTING OF ISSUES
Any issues with an order—including, but not limited to, mistaken purchases, incorrect items, short shipments, defective products, or missing products—must be reported to 8 NET Inc. in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment.

8. RESTOCKING FEE
All returned merchandise, except for defective products, is subject to a restocking fee as outlined in the Terms of Sale.
9. DELIVERY LIABILITY
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer, 8 NET Inc. shall bear no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location.
10. EXCLUSIONS FROM OTHER PROMOTIONS
The No Minimum Free Shipping method may not be combined with reward point earnings, free gifts, stacking discounts, quantity discounts, or any other promotional offers, unless expressly stated otherwise by 8 Net Inc. in writing or in specific promotional materials.
11. ABUSE OR MISUSE OF POLICY
8 NET Inc. reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to the Zero Minimum Free Shipping program in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or any misuse inconsistent with the spirit of the program.
12. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
8 NET Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Zero Minimum Free Shipping program at any time without prior notice. Orders placed prior to such modifications will be honored under the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
